Test the functionality of OCR Xpress prior to downloading and evaluating the software development kit (SDK). The web demo performs full-page OCR on your own scanned or faxed document images in any of thirteen supported languages. The automatic page rotation in OCR Xpress detects the correct orientation of the text, and adjusts the image accordingly. Sample images are also provided for demonstration.

OCR Xpress uses advanced segmentation to locate regions of the input image, identifying them as either images (whose color can be preserved) or areas containing recognizable text. The demo supports output to multiple text and text-plus-image formats, including Microsoft® Word®-compatible RTF files and standard Adobe® PDF files.
